This is a beautiful 3 layer hipster. It has a long tie on each end the waist has elastic to give it a great fit. Hand Block printed pure cotton fabric is used on the top layer and the bottom layer and pure cotton contrast color fabric is used for the middle layer. These are really fun and great to wear for practice or layering a costume or by itself with leggings or pants. You can tie them on the side or tie them in the front and let the tail hanging in the back. They are about 18' long and waist stretches to about 52". We can also make custom sizes and colors for an extra fee.
